Permission from the Ministry is required for the sale or export abroad of machinery and equipment purchased under the incentive certificate.
Selling or transferring incentive-certified machinery and equipment without permission results in the repayment of all benefits received with interest. Obtaining Ministry permission in a timely and proper manner protects the investor from serious financial risks.
Prior Ministry approval is required to put incentive-covered equipment up for sale before certain holding periods expire.
An export permit application is made for equipment to be exported abroad, and the required customs documents are prepared.
